Eligibility

• To be eligible for a return, the item you purchase must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Initiate a Return:
• To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at studio@virginiavilla.art  or via our contact form.
• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring the item is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.



Refund or Exchange

• Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it, we will process your refund or exchange.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Exchanges will be shipped promptly, subject to product availability.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can provide you with the best solution. We offer to replace or refund the item and cover the return shipping cost.


• If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders already processed and shipped.
